Update on Travel/Personal Leave Requests

travel request

If you will be out of office for personal or professional leave (including comped travel), please fill out the Travel / Leave Request Form and our team will input your leave once approved. This newly updated form is also for the use of all research faculty and lab staff, once a supervisor is chosen, it will route to them for approval. The HR specialist can enter the leave on your timesheet (if personal leave, leave for travel will route to the fiscal specialist to enter into UFGO). This form will also be used if any employee will be traveling in their capacity as an employee of the University, whether they have associated costs or it is comped by a third party. The request should be submitted and approved prior to booking lodging and/or transportation. Without an approved travel request, travel expenses could result in non-reimbursement.
