New publication: the Kopinke Lab publishes research in Scientific Reports

The Kopinke lab published a research article in Scientific Reports, titled Automatic and unbiased segmentation and quantification of myofibers in skeletal muscle.

The article discusses the team’s novel ImageJ plugin, LabelsToRois, which “allows processing of multiple Cellpose segmentation in batches.” It also has functions that allows for the identification of myofibers as accurately as human experts. The new technology will allow for quick, unbiased identification of myofiber quantification for various stainings and fixation conditions.

The paper was the work of Ariel Waisman, Alessandra Norris, Martin Elias Costa and Daniel Kopinke.

Congratulations to the team, and thank you for all your hard work!
