Congratulations to pharmacology concentration student Betty Wang, who received a silver medal at the 44th Annual Medical Guild of the College of Medicine Graduate Student Competition! It was held April 10 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Cancer & Genetics Research Complex.
She won with her presentation titled, “Disulfide Bond Disproportionation Agents Activate the Tumor Necrosis Family-Related Apoptosis-Inducing Ligand/Death Receptor 5 Pathway to Kill Highly Resistant Breast Cancer.” Her mentor is Dr. Law.
