Review by Brian K. Law, Ph.D., published in Molecular Pharmacology

Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics Professor Brian K. Law had a review published in the current issue of Molecular Pharmacology.

The review highlights the recent successes of Cyclin-Dependent Kinase (CDK) inhibitors in the clinic against breast cancer and suggests new routes to novel, non-ATP competitive CDK inhibitors using structure-based approaches. Optimization of the clinical activity of CDK inhibitors in drug combination therapies is also discussed.

The article will be printed in the November 2015 issue of the journal can be read in its entirety on the Molecular Pharmacology website.
