H. Lee Sweeney, Ph.D., a world-renowned researcher on neuromuscular diseases, joins the Department of Pharmacology as The Thomas H. Maren, M.D., Eminent Scholar Chair. In addition to continuing his ground breaking research, Dr. Sweeney will be developing a Myology Institute at the University of Florida.
